3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided by Artificial Turf of Dallas are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, accessibility, and project scope. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon site inspection.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits for cancellations made within the required timeframe will be refunded.
6. Warranties
Artificial Turf of Dallas provides workmanship warranties on installation services. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product and will be specified in your contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection.
7. Limitation of Liability
Artificial Turf of Dallas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
